Anderson Security Agency Wins New Account with Enhanced Non-Lethal Device

Intermediate Service Offering Featuring Pro V2 Device Distinguishes AZ-Based Security Provider

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – DATELINE – Guardian 8 Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Guardian 8 Holdings (OTCQB: GRDH), and Anderson Security Agency, an Arizona based top ten security provider, announced that the Pro V2 will be utilized by Anderson security officers at a new District Photo facility preparing to open in Phoenix. The Pro V2 enhanced non-lethal device provides security professionals with non-lethal means to protect people and assets, while providing the accountability and detailed reporting capability that corporate accounts often require.

Anderson was one of three security providers considered for the 1 year contract with District Photo, the photo finishing company that serves Walmart, Costco and other similar retail chains. District Photo's main security concern was the safety of the 85 employees who will work at the facility, which is located in an area with significant crime risk. Anderson was the only company that offered an Enhanced Non-Lethal option for incident response.

"District responded enthusiastically to the concept of Enhanced Non-Lethal, particularly because their RFP specified an unarmed post, and the Pro V2 is an option that fulfills the need for a heightened level of protection without a heightened risk,” said Debbie Anderson, Vice President of Anderson Security Agency. Ms. Anderson stated the Pro V2's excellent quality audio/video incident recording along with a Bluetooth™ connection to a supervisory post were very appealing to District Photo. "Those are features you can't get with any other tool. We believe we won this account on the strength of the Pro V2 combined with Anderson's reputation for exceeding our clients' expectations and delivering the highest quality of professional private security services,” Ms. Anderson said.

"The Pro V2 is a game changer for security providers,” said Guardian 8 President and CEO Steve Cochennet. "Anderson Security's adoption of our technology allows us to provide them with an opportunity to have a preferred relationship with Guardian 8, which gives security providers a leading edge to differentiate their services in this highly competitive industry.”

Anderson Security, the flagship member of Guardian 8's nationwide Preferred Partner program, anticipates rolling out a security program for District Photo by mid-September. The facility expects to be operating 24/7 during the holiday season.

Boston Calling

RSIG Security was recently chosen to provide security services for the 3 day music festival Boston Calling which took place last month on city hall plaza in downtown Boston. Over 45,000 people attended the music festival which experienced a storm related emergency evacuation on Saturday night due to high winds and lightening in the area. RSIG Security was able to evacuate the entire area within 15 minutes as fans sheltered in place in nearby restaurants and parking garages. The additional challenge was letting the fans back into the venue once the storms cleared and the artists returned to the stages. Throughout the entire weekend the fans that came to see the 20+ bands play had a safe and enjoyable time. RSIG Security has been awarded the contract for the next two festivals in 2015.

Sunstates Security Announces Officer of the Year and Supervisor of the Year

Sunstates Security would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you for an outstanding performance by Charlotte, NC based Jeffrey Yerkes. We would like to show our appreciation for the amazing effort while responding to a recent medical emergency. While conducting his security patrol inside one of the parking decks, Officer Yerkes noticed an employee lying on the deck and in need of assistance. Stopping his patrol to render assistance to the employee, Officer Yerkes noticed that the employee had difficulty responding to him. The employee kept repeating the same words over and over again clearly responding to questions. Officer Yerkes immediately contacted the security console to ask for additional security and medical assistance. The condition of the employee was later found to be very critical and adding additional minutes to the response time could have resulted in death.

The many hours of training for such an event has paid off, not only for the employee but for the overall Sunstates Security Team. The professionalism that Officer Yerkes portrayed has not only impressed the entire security team immensely but we deem ourselves honored to have him as a Sunstates Security Officer and Team Member.

Officer Yerkes' diligence, self-motivation and focus have become a source of motivation for the rest of the Security Team. He has injected positive air into the morale of the security department. We are confident that this positivity will flow into everyone's every day work and continued excellent customer service. For this reason we are proud to award Officer Jeffrey Yerkes with the Sunstates Officer of the Year!

Sunstates Security is proud to recognize Raleigh, NC based Site Supervisor John Hagan for leading by example. The Sunstates management team receives countless emails and letters for Supervisor Hagan's positive contributions. The tenants of the multi-story facility where he provides his service point out the wonderful performance by him and his team. This includes how they are always friendly, show proper manners, and are very good at remembering the names of people passing by. An example of his customer service include a tenant who recently had a lighting problem at the facility. She spoke to Supervisor Hagan about the issue and it was taken care within the hour. On another day, Supervisor Hagan assisted a woman when a man demanded money from her while in a bank parking lot. The fearful woman proceeded inside the bank seeking help. Once inside the bank, Supervisor Hagan took over to diffuse the situation in calm and assertive demeanor, just as his training has prepared him. The grateful woman wrote a letter to Sunstates' CEO Kathryn Burrell commending Supervisor Hagan for his brave actions. On another occasion Supervisor Hagan identified a bush fire across the street from the facility and assisting controlling the fire until the Fire Department arrived. Supervisor Hagan mentors his peers, participates in Supervisor Meetings taking the lead on relatable topics, and shares examples of how to WOW our Sunstates customers and support our team.

For this and many other reasons we want are pleased to announce Supervisor John Hagan as our Sunstates Security Supervisor of the Year.

Announcements

Guardian Guard Services, Inc. has contracted with Par-Kut International for the initial production of mobile guard booths. General Manager David Beeler said "Guardian Guards will be implementing the use of mobile guard booths at many sites currently using a patrol vehicle as shelter." Use of these units will reduce liability, insurance and operating costs. The elevated observation platform provides the security officer with greater view of the site and full range of movement. Field operations teams will be relieved of support functions like refueling, jump starting or arranging flat tire repairs as the mobile booth requires none of these. The Business Development team is looking forward to offering customers more value with a cost savings.
