Members of Anderson Security Team assigned to a prestigious gated community responded to a call of a possible house fire. Upon arrival smoke was observed coming from the eaves of the home on all four sides. Officers immediately checked for the homeowners, followed by disconnecting the service utilities prior to the Fire Departments arrival.
Their collective efforts minimized the structural damage to the home while confirming via telephone that the homeowners were actually off site. The fire scene was worked by (Scottsdale and Phoenix Fire) (4) Engines, (2) Ladders, (1) Support Truck, (2) Battalion Chiefs, (3) Units from the Police Dept., and various service utility companies.
Due to the enormous response from emergency services, the street was blocked for several hours. To further add urgency to the scene, a Limo service arrived attempting to pick up travelers located on the other side of the fire scene so they could catch an international flight from Sky Harbor.
The team shifted from the fire scene, into customer service mode, were able to locate the travelers, assist them with luggage and transportation. They were able to transport them and lead a second support vehicle (Luggage) through a utility golf maintenance road, and through a golf maintenance facility, so they could unite with the Limo service and arrive at their destination and not miss their flight.
We are grateful to have such dedicated Anderson Security team members assigned to this community. They represent professionalism to the Security Industry, Anderson Security Agency, while performing professional safety, security, and asset protection to this community.
